Verb Ballets presents a perfomance of The Cleveland Havana Ballet Project on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Akron-Summit County Public Library Auditorium. The Cleveland Havana Ballet Project returns to Northeast Ohio with Cuban dance legend, Laura Alonso. She will collaborate with Verb Ballets for a month-long cultural exchange setting Cuban ballets on the dancers. The Akron performance will feature works from her company’s repertory. The Cleveland Havana Ballet Project toured Cuba last season and was nationally noted by Pointe Magazine for this one of a kind partnership.
