Enjoy an evening that bridges generations of dance featuring iconic pioneers Paul Taylor and Heinz Poll with 21st-century visionary choreographers. Featuring Nycole Ray’s Opaque, a mysterious, majestic work with dramatic choreography. The world premiere of a new ballet to Janáček’s emotionally charged composition, 1.X., by Gordon Pierce Schmidt, featuring live accompaniment by international award-winning pianist Jiayan Sun.
