Join Ohio Contemporary Ballet for a distinctive evening celebrating culture, community, and the power of artistic exchange. At the heart of the program is a new work by Filipino-American choreographer and Company Rehearsal Director Zachary Tuazon. Drawing from his cultural heritage, Zachary’s commission blends contemporary ballet with Pinoy jazz, a vibrant fusion of Filipino musical tradition and American jazz, creating a performance that is bold, expressive, and deeply personal.

This performance is presented by Ohio Regional Music Arts and Cultural Outreach as the culminating concert of the Fall 2026 World Tour of Music residency, a celebration of the cross-cultural exchange that has defined the season. Adding to the evening’s energy, the Wadsworth High School Jazz Band joins the stage to perform a Filipino music. This is an evening where cultures come together, generations meet through movement, and community creativity takes center stage.
