Verb Ballets dancers make guest appearances in local productions across Northeast Ohio
Tis the season for the holiday favorite, The Nutcracker. This year Verb Ballets’ dancers are making guest appearances in local Nutcracker productions across Northeast Ohio. You can see the familiar faces of the company among these young talented dancers.
Cleveland City Dance presents The Uniquely Cleveland Nutcracker at the Breen Center for Performing Arts on December 2nd at 7:00pm and December 3rd at 2:00pm. This year, Verb Ballets’ dancers Lieneke Matte, Michael Escovedo, Omar Humphrey, Nathanael Santiago, and Mariana Perez will join City Ballet of Cleveland to whisk audience members away to a magical land of a young girl’s dreams. JAM Dance Academy season under the direction of former Ohio Dance Theater principle dancer, Jennifer Kraynik-Muselin presents the school’s second The Nutcracker at Elyria High School Performing Arts Center on December 9th at 1pm & 7:30pm and December 10th at 2:00pm. JAM Dance Academy will bring a fresh approach to this holiday classic with guest appearances by Verb Ballets dancers. Verb Ballets dancer and former JAM Dance Academy instructor, Michael Escovedo, is dancing the role of Mr. Stahlbaum in this year’s production. The Dancers of Ashland Regional Ballet & Opus II Dance Studio present the 26th Annual performance of The Nutcracker at the Hugo Young Theatre located at Ashland University running December 16th at 2:00pm & 7:30pm and December 17th at 2:00pm.
